Page with "My plugins" has the table of plugins. Header of this table is
different for 1 plugin and for mor plugins. The border on the top of header is
missing and background color is white for table containing just one plugin. The
buggy one is that with just one plug-in. See atatched screenshots.

Sorry I mixed behaviors in description. Here is the correct issue description:
Page with "My plugins" has the table of plugins. Header of this table is
different for 1 plugin and for mor plugins. The border on the top of header is
missing and background color is white for table containing more than one plugin.
The buggy one is that with more than one plug-in. See atatched screenshots.
