Description Jesse Glick 2007-03-01 20:15:36 UTC
Running a dev build I opened a project and, while CP scanning was still in
progress (fresh userdir so scanning rt.jar) I tried to open a source file. The
IDE froze for a while. This should not be done in EQ.

Comment 2 Jesse Glick 2007-03-06 17:36:11 UTC
Happened to me again, causing a freeze of a couple of minutes (!).
Comment 3 Tomas Hurka 2007-03-08 08:54:33 UTC
Ouch, that new java infrastructure is "really" fast. :-(
Comment 4 Jesse Glick 2007-03-12 18:35:09 UTC
Doesn't really matter exactly how fast Java scanning is, so long as you don't
block on it in EQ...
Comment 5 Jesse Glick 2007-03-23 22:39:39 UTC
Again in 070323, for several minutes (starting with a clean cache).
Comment 6 Jesse Glick 2007-03-28 17:35:51 UTC
Again today, in a fresh userdir, just adding a class to a new module project.
