I can rarely test the site w/out running into this issue. Once it appears, the
site is useless (i.e., it's not sporatic) It must be showing up in the server
logs, no?

what server you use ?
if tomcat or jboss and you get out of memory consider this link

I'm not sure what this issue is about - www component is for problems with www.netbeans.org.  If this is about
www.nb.org, can you pls provide some more details ?  Thanks.

Well this issue seems to be one year old.

Brian, if you remember what this issue was about, please add i.e. steps to reproduce as suggested in Bug reporting
guideline at http://qa.netbeans.org/bugzilla/reportbug.html and then you can clear the INCOMPLETE keyword.

if there would be no additional meaningful info for i.e. two weeks, feel free to resolve as invalid.
