I installed NB 6 stable build from 2/25 on drive letter g:

At startup there is a warning

WARNING [org.netbeans.modules.java.source.usages.RepositoryUpdater]: No MasterFS
for file system root: D:\
WARNING [org.netbeans.modules.java.source.usages.RepositoryUpdater]: No MasterFS
for file system root: E:\
WARNING [org.netbeans.modules.java.source.usages.RepositoryUpdater]: No MasterFS
for file system root: F:\

Here is system info:

NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200702251900)
1.6.0; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.6.0-b105
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
en_US (nb); Cp1252

There is no conversion for floppy, empty CD/DVD, USB drives ...
There is no reason to show this warning, please fix

Has been removed some times ago, AFAIK.
