This is a regression. 

Opening the previously opened diagram is good and is an enhancement request on
issue 91579 but this enhancement is not to be implemented in this release.
However, the graphical representation of the diagram is not displayed. Instead,
the source of the diagram data file is displayed which is incorrect.

Repro steps:
- create a uml project
- create a class diagram or any type of diagram
- create a few elements on the diagram
- close the uml project and save the diagram and project from the Save dialog
- reopen the uml project by selecting File->Open Recent Project->{above closed
uml project}

As a side effect of Sheryl's Save Model improvements (great work Sheryl!), it
enabled this standard behavior so that diagram files behave like all other files
in NB. I like it, but diagram opening performance is poor, at least for the
first one anyway.

If we can improve the performance of auto-opening diagrams that were open when
the project/IDE is closed, then we should re-enable, or perhaps an option that a
user can set for this: Auto-open Diagrams

I will look into disabling this for now though so it is back to they way it used
to work, until a performance improvement can be found.
