this is a regression
build 070213_1

Repro steps:
- create a uml project
- create a class diagram or other type of diagram
- create a few elements on the diagram
- right click on the uml project node and select Close Project
Result: the Save dialog displays the uml project (with .etd file extension which
is the actual filename for the project and incorrect uml project icon) instead
of uml project name - see attached snapshot.

This issue has been fixed in post-CA builds.
