Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
ru_RU (nb); Cp1251

Steps to reproduce:
- Create CPU Snapshot
- Perform Save Snaphsot to Custom File operation
- RESULT: Save Snapshot to Project button is disabled. There is no way for user
to save snapshot to the project.

Changing target milestone to dev, since NetBeans 6.0 is in high resistance mode.
