NB 5.5 (Build 200702070100)
Java 1.5.0_11-b03
Linux version 2.6.17-10-386 running on i386 (Ubuntu)
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86

When user often invokes modal Properties dialog, sometimes it generate very
small window size.

Steps to reproduce:
 - New project
 - New JFrame
...
 - Add button and try to invoke Properties window.
 - Add another button and try to invoke Properties window.
 - Try invoke Properties window of previous one
...

I was not able to find exact steps to reproduce it, but after a few clicks I
catched that small window everytime.
