Description:
This is a general problem of all dialogs of Server Navigator (probably not only
Server Navigator). Disabled controls (textfields, comboboxes, checkboxes, etc.)
are included into list of components, available for getting focus via Tab. They
shouldn't. For example, in Add Data Source Alias dialog it's necessary to press
Tab 7 times to move focus from data sources list to Modify button.

No longer applies since the NetBeans services tab is the new replacement

and all the dialogs have been removed
