Description:
1. Start bundled DB server from IDE (if it's not running)
2. Stop bundled DB server manually (not from IDE)
Result: status of server in Servers window is not updated, it shows that server
is still running.
Refreshing status fixes problem.

Checked in netbeans 7.3: Started DB Server From Services Tab in IDE => Context Menu shows "Shutdown server" as selectable. Shutdown DB from outside ide (stopNetworkServer) and in IDE no "Shutdown Server" is disabled and "Start server" is enabled => IDE registered changed state.
