Description:
Topic "Suggestions for next release of Components" was updated by dan.curry with
the following message:
1.) This may be more of an IDE usability issue than component isssue, but here
goes. Have the ability to change the type of component withing the
outline/design mode. For example, in the present IDE if you have a large table
and wish to go from a text->dropdown, you must place the object, then remove the
other and then redo the links to message list, labels, etc (this takes a while
in terms of internal recoding, redraws, etc.). It would be nice to somehow have
items treated as a generic object that is typed and can be changed within the IDE.
