Create an EJB Web Services (LoanProcessor).
Create a BPEL Module
Create a BPEL Process
D&D the Web Service to the BPEL Design View.
The Partners folder is created under the Process Files including wsdl files and XSD.
Open the Webservices WSDL(LoanProcessor.wsdl) file under the Partners folder.
Notice that LoanProcessService > Types > Referenced Schema > import has broken

The work around is to Customize the Broken Referenced Schemas:
1. Select the import entry which is broken. Right-click it.
2. Selecting the "Customize" menu item from contextual menu.
3. In the "Import Customerizer" dialog, select the correction File under
Location field. Click OK.
