Last installer frame contains msg " ... To run NetBeans IDE use Start menu or
NetBeans IDE desktop icon. To uninstall NetBeans IDE and runtime components, use
"Add or Remove Programs" in Control Panel. ...". 

It's msg only for Win users. Linux or Mac users doesn't have "Control panel"
with icon "Add or remove Programs".

The message is definitely confusing and misleading. It's a simple fix, thus
raising priority.

The wording on the last panel was improved and made conditional.
