There is no warning about running IDE (if so) during uninstallation.

Fixed. Now the IDE uninstallation routine checks whether a 'lock' files exists
anywhere in the default userdir directory structure. If it does a warning is
issues and the uninstallation is paused till the user clicks OK. 

This would have no effect on the silent uninstallation however.
