Development build of NetBeans #116 (2001-02-01) on Windows 2000 with JDK 1.3. Description: ============ If user wants to create different commiting reasons for particular changed files the initial size and layout of following dialog is pitiful. User has to enlarge the window and if he selects arbitrary file the text area is not shown correctly (only part of it) and refreshing doesn't work well too. Have a look at picture of both issues that is attached. Steps to reproduce: =================== 1. Mount JavaCVS filesystem and change arbitrary [Up-to-date] file so that it becomes [LMod]. 2. Now invoke "Commit" command from its popup menu and push "Append Indiv..." button. This will show above mentioned dialog with small size. Resize it. 3. Select your file in the left pane and try to write its commit reason. Note: Furthermore "Append Indiv..." button allows to create more dialogs than ===== one and older ones "die".
Created attachment 531 [details] 1. "Wrong initial size" picture. 2. "Wrong refreshing" picture.
Version: 'Dev' -> 3.2
Accepted. It doesn't even look finished. Sorry, the dialog got forgotten somehow.
fixed in release32 build 3 and dev build 143.
Verified in development build of NetBeans #205.
Resolved for 3.4.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
