If you try to view or use the internal HTML browser in any part of the IDE the
dialog 'Exception during initialization of HTML browser module appear' appear.
Often also exception (see bug #9335) appear in notify dialog.

problem with different classes in  org.w3c.dom.events package of Xerces and
Icebrowser fixed.
