Description Vince Kraemer 2007-01-25 01:01:08 UTC
is serverplugins/sun/sunddui
Comment 1 Vince Kraemer 2007-08-21 22:48:42 UTC
converting to task, since it is a "dup" of 86321
Comment 2 _ pcw 2007-08-25 09:13:55 UTC
Will fix for 6.0. Note that a number of occurences are customizers from the old editor. These will be deleted before
beta2. (I'm keeping them for now because I'm still porting some of the embedded logic they contain.)
Comment 3 _ pcw 2007-10-31 21:32:30 UTC
I fixed a few of the circumstances that occur in non-dead code (most references called out in issue 86321 for sunddui
are for dead code.)

But for some others, this is more complicated.

A number of label fields are shared between fields in popup dialogs (mnemonics needed) and fields in multiview panels
(mnemonics bad). For an example, see LBL_PrincipalName_1 which is used in the security role mapping principal name
entry dialogs as well as the servlet multiview panel for the sun-web.xml editor.

Such sharing must be detected and eliminated before this change can be performed. I do not have enough time to ensure
this is done correctly so this issue will not be completely fixed for NB 6.0.
Comment 4 Vince Kraemer 2007-12-07 16:19:02 UTC
please close this issue if you forgot to earlier. If this issue is still open,
please change the target milestone to reflect the current commitment.
Comment 5 _ pcw 2007-12-07 19:52:26 UTC
This issue is still open, as there are areas that required a more difficult fix than the original issue suggested and
the changes have not been done.
Comment 6 _ pcw 2008-04-25 22:57:46 UTC
Leave at future for now.
Comment 7 Vince Kraemer 2008-06-19 22:09:57 UTC
switch to task... since the issue this is blocking is a defect... and I don't want to close this as a dup..
Comment 8 Vince Kraemer 2009-12-10 12:55:03 UTC
no bug should be assigned to issues. distributing the load.
