The Inline Compositor drop-down list is active only if you select a Complex Type
in the list of types. Checking with eng to make sure this is correct (will
update topic with correct process).

Confirmed with QE that this is how it's supposed to work.
Changed step 3 in the procedure to:
"If you are extending a complexType definition, from the Inline Compositor
drop-down list next to the Extension radio button, select a compositor for the
definition. "
