Web service security has been enabled for 1.5 appclients for the non-liberty
security mechanisms and works fine.   Note that there is currently a bug logged
against AM to add the am-specific <provider-config> element to sun-acc.xml file:

We will track that separately.  I am closing this bug as fixed.
