NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200701181900)
1.5.0_11; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_11-b03
Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86
en_GB (nb); Cp1252

Steps:
1. Open versioned controlled project.
2. Modify and save some file of it and make sure that CVS folder for modified
file doesn't contain "Template" file.
3. Select modified file and invoke "CVS | Commit" action.
4. Push "Load Template" link.

Load Template dialog shows up with two buttons "Ok" and "Cancel". There should
be only one button, because both of them has the same effect.

This bug was reported against NetBeans IDE 6.0 or an older release, or against a non-maintained module. NetBeans team does not have enough resources to get to this issue, therefore we are closing the issue as a WONTFIX.
