It should be able to define #include directives and preprocessor definitions for
particular folder in Project system.

For now we can define #include directives and preprocessor definitions for the
whole project or for particular source file. But for the projects like firefox
browser we have a lot of common properties for the folder. And it is almost
impossible from the user point of view to set correct includes for each file.
