I found out the regression between builds 
200611301900 & 200612011900
look at attached graphs. The regression in opening project properties window
over the Web project is around 300% for the first open and 20% for subsequent open.

The project can be found under performance module in NB.cvs
performance/test/qa-functional/data/PerformanceTestWebApplication

Measured values for NB dev (200701141900):

What are the numbers today? For me it looks like the problem is already fixed.

Certainly feels snappy now on my Mac OS X. Marian, would you like to do another measurement, or can we just close as fixed?

Marian, now it looks like really fixed. If you have new data, which doesn't look good, please reopen.
