Currently users have to change font settings, eg, font size, font style, color,
etc., for each element on the diagram individually. User requested a way to
change these settings globally through Options.

Currently there are
* Tools->Options->Fonts & Colors : but these options won't have any effect on
diagram editors
* Tools->Options->Advanced Options->Editor Settings : different editors are
listed but diagram editor is absent from the list

And invoking the IDE with --fontsize option does not have any effect on diagram
editor.
