Use case:

If an entity bean is created from Table.
Allow user to edit/change type of a attribute mapped to a column.
Ex:  If generated type is Double there should be a way to change this to double.
Once code is generated user need not to change this values manually.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
