Build NetBeans support for Session State Persistence, part of JSR 296. This willl most like mean letting the 
developer configure which properties of which components in their application should be persisted 
between runs of the application.

I'm lowering this to a P3 and moving out to a future release since it is not scheduled for NB 6.0

We have not decided on any features that are needed to support Session State Persistence other than auto naming support (which was part of a separate 
feature request), so I am marking this as closed.
