Make the GUI builder capable to define resources (strings, colors, fonts, icons,
mnemonics) in properties files as supported by the Swing App Framework. Make
this feature work by default in Swing App projects - with no extra complexity
for the user. Also support internationalization. It must still be possible to
define the resources the usual way (i.e. generated in Java code).
