- create sample rails project
-> project files are generated on disk, but project does not open in IDE
- if you try to open manually, it's impossible, when you select project folder
in Open project dialog, project badge disappears. Probably some corrupted
metadata in generated project?

This was a project I added to the internal builds mostly as a quickstart for
Rails demos. It has atrophied and I don't plan to migrate it to NetBeans.org so
I won't fixed it.

Changing target milestone of all resolved Ruby issues from TBD to 6.0 Beta 1 build.
