I have been trying to plugin my J2MEUnit test generator I'm working on to the
JUnit framework using the JUnitPlugin API as agreed earlier but it seems that it
is still not there, or it is not working properly.  Please try to fix this for
M5 as we plan to have this feature in M5 but depend on this API (last time we
talked you did say you will re-implement by M5).

It is almost impossible for me to develop and test the feature without this
enabled.  It seems it is disabled for all other project types as well.

This is caused by missing JUnit test generator - see issue #89820.
