In BPEL editor define a scope asscoiate a fault handler and a catch block with 
it. Assoicate fault name, variable name (not declared before) and associate 
message type with it. When you try to use the variable defined on catch block 
inside an assignement activity, variable available on mapper but no drill down.

Changed to P1, as users creating BPs running in to trouble due to lack of this
support and filing bugs for runtime. It is resulting in unproductive use
development/qa time cycles.
