UC client in NB 5.0 allows to use gzipped UC catalogs.
The UC client is primary looking for file {UC_server_URL}.gz ,if such file
doesn't exits it looks for standard UC server URL. For some reason, gzipped
catalog is read by UC client, strings that contain Japanese or Chinese
characters get corrupted.

As a workadound, only standard xml can be located at updates/${lang} directory.

Fixed already in NB6.
