Description alien 2006-12-08 22:19:33 UTC
Although this might be adressed by other "issue"s I'm not quite sure it really
is (I don't seem to really have found exactly that). If it really is a
duplicate, please correct me.

There's something called "Power Point", or maybe more general
(?): "Presentation Software". It would be nice, to have the possibility of a
switch, to easily do the source window in full screen, easily coming back to
standard (windowed; or whatever was before) view (Escape-Key, or the "same"
switch), with still the possibility of editing (not only view, like Power
Point would), but only showing the source code panel (not window ->
no "frame", no button bars, etc., only maybe status bar <- probaly rather not,
or -> activatable optional IDE preferences setting), with it's full
funcionality: code completion popup, etc. Any other functinality still needed
(normally done in toolbars, menus, etc.), could - if necessary - be done in
the (editor pane context) popup.

Already available in 6.0 milestones. Stando, can we close it as a duplicate?

i think the new 'full screen mode' is what the reporter was asking in this issue
- closing
