-when user opens an old project and then choose Copy&Upgrade then the project
isn't copied but only upgraded

-it works only when you change the destination directory

Looks like the build was some way broken. Have a feeling that fabiola's recent 
bugs were caused by the same build

have to reopen. Happend to me a few times with 061206 build. It seems that it's
random. At least I cannot find a 100% reproducible testcase

Fixed. Caches needed to be cleared before project is resolved. Copy & Upgrade 
dialog won't let you write incorrect name as well
