Profiler - 061130

1. Invoke "Live Results" from "Profiler Control Panel".

"Profiling Results" tab is displayed. There is one toggle button - "Update
Results Automatically". IHMO, UI of this button should differ from others
buttons, coz this one is toggle button.

The UI of the button isn't tweaked in any way - this is standard native OS 
appearance. AFAIK on Windows toggle buttons in toolbar have similar appearance 
as standard buttons. Could you provide any concrete idea what and how should be 
improved?:o)

Not for 6.0.

Turning into enhancement, doesn't seem to be a real defect but might be an useful enhancement.

Displayed differently in the new profiler - live results are updated automatically by default, "Update Results Automatically" button has been replaced by the Pause button.
