this RFE is entered because of unsatisfactioned fix of bug #7832

CVS commands are created with the help of $CVSROOT variable
+advantage is:
	you can have checked out sources from more then 1 repositories
	in your working. But this feature is IMHO useless:-(
	(you should mount sources from one repository to one working)
-disadvantage is:
	unexpected beahaviour when user done something wring
	eg. see bug #7832

instead of this variable use '-d' option when creating command.
it will solved various problems

Done in release32 build #10 and dev build #151.
