'No' button in new 'save diagram' dialog has no mnemonic.
problem appeared in dialog redesigned during issue 90161 fix.

steps:
- create uml project
- create diagram
- add element on diagram
- close diagram.
'save diagram' dialog will appear.
'No' button has no mnemonic

button can be accessed via tab.

Because this requires bundle file mod, and there is a workaround via Tab key, I
will fix in griffin.

"No" button has a mnemonic now.
