reproducible with 061121_17, not in jse8

steps.
1. create sequence diagram
2. add two lifelines
3. make inter. boundary visible
4. add combined fragment
4b) workaround: move int. boundary backward with toolbar button
5. drag the fragment
fragment, boundary and lifelines are dragged

Instead of using the full rectangles for the interaction boundary and combined fragment, a shape is used 
the only includes the boundary with a small Dx (5 pixels).
