Shift+side_arrow doesn't show compartment selection if the first item is hidden

e.g. in class element with several attributes the first attribute is hidden
using 'Compartment | Customize'.
If user moves compartment selection using Shift+Left/Right_arrow, selection will
not be shown in attributes.
Most likely the first attribute is virtually selected, but while it is not
shown, selection is also not visible.

The first visible attribute should be selected.

workaround: selection is there but not show with highlight so using up/down
arrow keys to navigate through compartment items is working

both compartment customization and a11y support have not yet been implemented in 6.5.

isn't valid in 6.5.
it's not possible to hide only one attribute. if all attributes are hidden all works correctly and operations are
selected with shift-down
