1.Open an Explorer.
2.Do right click to some item of the filesystem tree.
Sometimes this action causes that the first line of invocated popup menu is
redraven by tooltip "The filesystems provide..." - this tooltip string becomes
to Filesystems tab. This is in case that not all popup menu is in the explorer
window area.
