In my ejb project, I created a Web Service Client, but the "Call Web Service
Operation" is still greyed out. The screen capture is attached.

Whether the "Call WS Operation" is enabled/disabled depends also on the cursor
position.

From the picture, you've sent, it is not obvious where was the cursor (in
editor) from where you invoked the context actions (right click).

The cursor should be insight the method. 

If you still have the problem, please re-open the issue.
