I'm trying to use the the Jackpot modules from the beta update center, but when
I go into the Jackpot options, I immediately get an exception.

Update your Java 6 JDK to the latest version (beta2 is quite old, in terms of
the Compiler API) from:

   http://download.java.net/jdk6/binaries/
