When I installed Profiler pack from netbeans.org, then 'Profiler' tab appeared
into 'Options' dialog window with all specific options. I think CND should
create same tab. User should find C/C++ settings very easily.

I agree. I added the options to the Miscellaneus tab because Ant (Java) project
was there but now we are a first class add-on, I think we can justify a place in
the left column.

I would increase priority to P2, because it's real usability problem. Our users
(blitz and bug-a-thone) was surprised with the placement of C/C++ options.
And it shouldn't be difficult to change, isn't it?
