Create Application project
create new folder
try to create folder again (with the same name)
It's possible. Shouldn't be so.

Is this a cnd or netbeans issue? If cnd, can you specify exact steps to
duplicate the problem?

I've just checked. It's the same for Java Application project
So, it's a bug for Netbeans

Please, set fields correctly. I'm not sure what to input in Component and
subcomponent fields
