in xml schema editor there is a resize issue with windows "Prohibited
Derivations" and "Prohibited Substitutions" (invoked from the properties window)
- the dialog is dispayed with three lines of options text concealed - user need
to resize manually to  view them, it also happens in en locale with --fontsize
18 option. 
Please see two gifs attached - one before and the other after the manual resize.

This issue is fixed as part of fix for 87898.

Issue 87898 that this issue is a duplicate of is fixed and verified thus marking this as verified as well.
