Build 1160 and Netbeans 3.1 (build 22)

When the debugger is stopped on some breakpoint you can move
your mouse pointer over some number to see silly tooltip like 2=2.
I think it is not necessary to show tooltips like this.

Verified in Netbeans release 3.2 build 21.
