Build 1160 and Netbeans 3.1 (build 22)

When the debugger is stopped on some breakpoint. You can
move your mouse pointer over some variable in the editor
to see the value of this variable. But it doesn't work
for variables with null value. For those variables the tooltip
is not shown.
