Context menu of Java EE modules node should be changed to:

----------------
Add New ...
Add Existing ...
----------------

to be at least somehow consistent with NB module suite project type

Not sure whether Add Library ... menu item would make sense, but probably yes,
because they can be put directly to /lib directory. This item will also require
to add Libraries node to ear project's UI.

Has this proposed UI change been reviewed?

I agree that Add Library does not make sense.
