All netbeans modules in the update center show their module's home page on
clicking the More button. UML should not be any different.
However, the concern was to show the Release-Notes page prominently. Per
George's suggestion, we decided to add a hyperlink on the left hand pane of the
uml-homepage called "Release Notes" which will take us to the release notes page.
