When creating WSDL for JDBC BC, the "returnPartName" should be a drop-down and
not editable field.

When creating WSDL for JDBC BC, the "returnPartName" value needs to be
specified. Instead of allowing the user to type in the part name (error prone),
a drop-down should be provided listing all possible part names, and user should
just choose from available options.

This is enhancement for bindings to provide their own customizers.
