I've experienced this issue several times with CloudScape 5.1.60.17 drivers which come with IBM WebSphere Application Server - Express 6.0. I can't say what are the exact steps but I was able to reproduce this issue several times.

Steps to reproduce are something like this:
- Add New CloudScape Driver (I used all the *.jar files under %WEBSPHERE_INSTALL_DIR%/cloudscape/lib, using the following Driver Class: com.ibm.db2.jcc.DB2Driver)
- Add New Database Connection using the driver
- Work with the database connection
- Right-click driver and select Customize from context-menu
- Click Find button
- RESULT: Sometimes IDE hangs: processor usage gets to the 100% and you can't do anything with the IDE. I waited for 20 minutes and then killed the IDE.

Tried with Derby 10.1.2.1, but with no luck. Please make a few thread dump
during the hang and attach them here.

Also please describe the hang in more detail. Does the UI freeze? Can you press
Cancel in the dialog? What happens if you do? Thanks.
