Description:
Steps to reproduce:
 - create a class diagram
 - create a class there
 - create a package there
 - create a Nested Link from class to package. Link will have Package type (you
may check this by selecting the link and viewing it's properties: package
properties will be displayed).
 - delete the link from diagram without deleting the element (uncheck the
checkbox in the confirmation dialog)
 - Discover Link using link discovery tool
Link will be shown again, but it's type will be changed to Class
